It started with a box of records and one question
We had a collection of records that hadn't been played for years. Looking for a player to bring them back to life, we hit the same question straight away: which model should we choose?
Where it began
Too many models, too much jargon
Belt drive or direct drive. Built-in speakers or separate ones. Bluetooth that plays from your phone, or Bluetooth that sends to a speaker. Phono preamps, counterweights, cartridges…
For anyone starting out, finding your way is not straightforward. That experience is what Bireka is built on: making the choice clear, so you can get back to your records.

A focused range
Twelve record players, each chosen for a way of listening: a first player, speakers built in, Bluetooth, or part of a hi-fi system.

Ready to play
Cartridge already fitted, speakers built in or supplied, RCA cable in the box. Plug in and put a record on.
Who we are
A small, independent shop
Bireka is an independent shop, not a big-box retailer. We chose every model in the range ourselves, and we're here to answer your questions before and after you order.
Orders leave within 24 to 48 hours and are delivered free across the UK, with a two-year warranty on every record player.
