Buying a record player online means trusting a shop you may not know yet. So here is exactly what we commit to, in plain terms: what comes in the box, when it arrives, how returns work and who answers your questions.

Before, during and after your order
Nothing else to buy
Every model plays on its own: speakers built in (or supplied, with NOVA), cartridge already fitted and an RCA cable in the box.
Clear about what each model does
Each product page says which way Bluetooth works (from your phone, to your speaker, or both), which speeds it plays and what comes in the box.
Free UK delivery, tracked
Orders leave within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and arrive in 6 to 10 working days in total. Your tracking number comes by email.
14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.
Two-year warranty
Every record player is covered for 24 months. If something goes wrong, email us your order number and we'll explain the next steps.

Ask us anything before you order, using WhatsApp or contact@bireka.com. Our team replies Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Your records
Your records are in safe hands
It's one of the first questions people ask before buying a record player. Every Bireka model arrives with its cartridge already fitted, so there is nothing to set up wrong, and stops on its own at the end of a record.
Our record players are made to play your records, not to damage them.

Buying a gift
Not sure what they already have?
You don't need to know anything about hi-fi. Every model plays straight out of the box, with speakers built in or supplied.
If you want to be sure, tell us what they own (a Bluetooth speaker, a soundbar or nothing at all) and we'll tell you which model works. Delivery takes 6 to 10 working days in total, so allow a little time before the big day.
