Description

LOLA is a vintage-inspired record player designed to catch the eye before the first note plays. Its red-walnut finish shifts from deep brown to warm copper in the light, while gold-tone controls and a clear dust cover complete the period look.

Warm red walnut with a distinctive character

Most wooden turntables choose pale oak or very dark walnut. LOLA takes a richer route, with a mahogany-like tone and visible grain that works beautifully on both light and dark furniture. The patterned finish also disguises fingerprints and everyday dust better than a plain glossy surface.

Simple controls and everyday protection

The transparent dust cover protects the platter, tonearm and stylus between listening sessions while keeping the spinning record in view. Two straightforward controls handle speed and volume, with no screen, menus or app required.

Listen your way

Built-in stereo speakers make LOLA ready to play straight out of the box. A headphone socket supports private listening, while Bluetooth receives music from your phone. AUX accepts a wired source and the RCA output connects the player to an amplifier or active speakers when you want a larger system.

Three speeds — 33⅓, 45 and 78 rpm — cover albums, singles and older shellac records. The cartridge is fitted at the factory, so there is no counterweight to balance before your first record.

Place LOLA on a stable, level surface with room behind it for the raised cover. Its warm wood, gold-tone controls and uncomplicated operation make it an inviting first turntable and an elegant addition to a living room or bedroom.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy anything else to play my records?

No. LOLA has built-in speakers, so it plays your records on its own. Plug it in, put a record on and lower the arm.

Can I connect it to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones?

No. On LOLA, Bluetooth works the other way round: it receives music from your phone and plays it through the built-in speakers. To play your records through other speakers, use the RCA output with the cable supplied. For private listening, use the headphone socket.

Can I plug it into my hi-fi, powered speakers or soundbar?

Yes, through the RCA output: connect it to an amplifier or a pair of powered speakers with the RCA cable supplied. A soundbar only works if it has an analogue input (AUX or RCA). Not sure? Tell us what you already own on the Contact page and we will check before you order.

Is there anything to set up before the first record?

No. The cartridge is already fitted and the arm needs no adjustment. Take it out of the box, plug it in and play.

Does it stop by itself at the end of a record?

Yes. The platter stops turning once the record has finished.

Which records can it play?

12-inch LPs, 7-inch singles and 10-inch records, at 33, 45 and 78 rpm.

What sound should I expect?

Built-in speakers, so it plays on its own. For more volume and bass, connect LOLA to bigger speakers through the RCA output.
