NOVA pairs a three-speed record player with two separate 10 W stereo speakers, creating a wider and more convincing soundstage than speakers built into the turntable cabinet.
A complete stereo system
The matching left and right speakers provide 2 × 10 W of power, so voices and instruments sit naturally across the room. Everything needed for listening is included, with no separate amplifier required.
Three speeds and belt-drive playback
NOVA plays at 33⅓, 45 and 78 rpm. The belt-drive mechanism helps isolate motor vibration, while the ceramic cartridge offers straightforward, dependable playback across a varied record collection.
Bluetooth 5.4 and USB recording
Use Bluetooth 5.4 to stream music from your phone through the stereo speakers between records. USB recording lets you capture vinyl playback digitally, while the RCA output makes it easy to connect another amplifier or powered speaker system.
NOVA is ideal for anyone who wants the simplicity of an all-in-one package with the spatial separation of proper stereo speakers. Place the turntable on a stable surface and position the speakers apart for the best stereo image.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy anything else to play my records?
No. NOVA comes with two separate speakers (2 × 10 W) in the box. Connect them to the player, plug it into the mains and play your first record.
Can I connect it to a Bluetooth speaker or headphones?
No. On NOVA, Bluetooth works the other way round: it receives music from your phone and plays it through the two speakers supplied. To play your records through other speakers, use the RCA output with the cable supplied.
Can I plug it into my hi-fi, powered speakers or soundbar?
Yes, through the RCA output: connect it to an amplifier or a pair of powered speakers with the RCA cable supplied. A soundbar only works if it has an analogue input (AUX or RCA). Not sure? Tell us what you already own on the Contact page and we will check before you order.
Is there anything to set up before the first record?
No adjustment. The cartridge is already fitted and the arm has no counterweight to set. Connect the two speakers, plug it in and play.
Does it stop by itself at the end of a record?
Yes. The platter stops turning once the record has finished.
Which records can it play?
12-inch LPs, 7-inch singles and 10-inch records, at 33, 45 and 78 rpm. The 45 rpm adaptor for singles is in the box.
What sound should I expect?
Two separate speakers of 10 W each, which you can place apart for a wider stereo image. The cartridge is a ceramic type: simple, with nothing to adjust. If you want a moving-magnet cartridge and an adjustable arm, look at ELSA, ONDA, NERA or VERA.
Will it damage my records?
No. NOVA plays your records without damaging them. Keep your records and the stylus free of dust, and replace the stylus when it wears: a worn stylus is what marks a record.
Can the stylus be replaced?
The stylus is a wearing part. When yours needs changing, message us from the Contact page, mention NOVA, and we will tell you which replacement fits.
What is in the box?

How is NOVA different from the other Bireka record players?

When will I receive it, and what does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in the United Kingdom. Orders leave within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and then take 5 to 8 working days to arrive: allow 6 to 10 working days in total. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
What if it does not suit me, or arrives faulty?
You have 14 days from delivery to ask for an exchange or a refund. If it arrives damaged or develops a fault, message us from the Contact page with your order number: every Bireka record player is covered by a two-year warranty.
